    应用
    此环氧树脂主要用于采用真空导入，真空和低压注射以及缠绕法等工艺制作复合材料结构产品

    特性
     低粘度 
     机械性能好
     对纤维的浸渍性好 
     对木材和泡沫有良好的浸渍性
     在潮湿环境中保持良好的性能

     

    操作过程

    注意：

    5015 树脂必须在 50℃以上加热 2 小时的条件下脱模

    为了获得所要求的耐热性和最好的机械性能，需根据固化剂种类在 24 到 48 小时内进行相应的后热固化处理。

    为了避免变形，建议将积层放在托架上。

    为了 EPOLAM5015/5016 体系有良好的聚合反应，建议在室温 20℃以上的环境中工作。

    储存

    放置在原始的包装容器中于干燥的环境下，温度在 15-25℃，有效期为 24 个月。

    包装上注明有效期。

    Operating time: 45 minutes to 4 hours

    This epoxy resin is mainly used for composite structure products by vacuum injection, vacuum and low pressure injection and winding process

    The operation process
     
    Note:
     
    5015 resin must be demoulded under the condition of heating above 50℃ for 2 hours
     
    In order to obtain the required heat resistance and best mechanical properties, the appropriate post-thermal curing treatment is performed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the type of hardener.
     
    To avoid deformation, it is recommended to place bedding on brackets.
     
    In order to have good polymerization reaction of EPOLAM5015/5016 system, it is recommended to work at room temperature above 20℃.
