  • HS-7008A易打磨底胶

     

    非常有益的易打磨性能，可以抛光得到一个光洁度比较高的表面。专门针对复合材料，木材，金属，混凝土，各种低密度泡沫，石膏以及黏土的表面处理而设计。

     

    我们的特点：

     

    该产品可快速施工，并提供一个非常易打磨的，低孔隙率的光滑表面。

     

    低 孔 隙 率 -- 在各种基材上可以通过喷涂获得良好的流平和填充效果，并得到良好的表面效果。

     

    良好的附着力--具有比较高的热变形温度，并可以与玻璃纤维，适当处理的金属表面，木材，混凝土以及聚氨酯泡沫有良好的附着力。

     

    快速表面喷涂--可以在各种材质的原型（或者母模）表面采用湿压湿的方法快速喷涂至0.5mm，节约时间和劳动力成本。

     

    非常容易打磨--节省时间和效率 该底胶可以抛光，同时也可以成为后续工序的良好基材，比如高光可以，聚氨酯油漆等。

    Very beneficial easy to polish properties, can be polished to a relatively high finish of the surface. It is specially designed for the surface treatment of composite materials, wood, metal, concrete, various low density foams, gypsum and clay.

    Low porosity - good leveling and filling effect can be obtained by spraying on various substrates, and good surface effect can be obtained.
     
     
     
    Good adhesion - high thermal deformation temperature and good adhesion to fiberglass, properly treated metal surfaces, wood, concrete and polyurethane foam.
     
     
     
    Quick surface spraying - Can be applied to the prototype (or mother mold) surface of various materials by wet pressing method to quickly spray up to 0.5mm, saving time and labor cost.
     
     
     
    Very easy to polish - saving time and efficiency This adhesive can be polished and also makes a good base for subsequent processes such as high gloss, polyurethane paints etc.
